So, our promise? If, by the end of your 2-week support period, your child’s sleep hasn’t shown meaningful improvement, based on the age-appropriate goals we set together during your consultation, and you’ve fully committed to the plan and support, we’ll continue working with you at no extra cost.

What you need to know
To keep this guarantee fair, supportive, and sustainable, here’s what you need to know:

This guarantee is available for families booking the ‘At Your Fingertips’ package.

Meaningful progress is defined by the individual sleep goals we agree on together, such as settling more easily, reducing wakes, extending naps, or decreasing bedtime stress, and is assessed based on your baby’s age and developmental stage.

You must be actively following the plan and any suggestions we make along the way, logging your child’s sleep, and maintaining regular communication throughout our support period.

If your goals aren’t met within the initial two weeks, we’ll continue supporting you, at no extra cost, for up to six weeks total, if needed. Once we’ve reached your agreed-upon goals and officially sign you off, the guarantee ends.
*Continued support will be a continuation of our current support. This would include daily check-ins (Mon-Fri), daily text support, and follow-up calls when needed.
We don’t disappear when things get hard. We adapt, support, and keep showing up - just like you do.

If things don't go to plan...
Occasionally, sleep may remain unsettled despite full commitment and no clear red flags. In these rare cases, that may in itself signal something deeper going on.
If we suspect a possible underlying medical or developmental issue - such as reflux, allergies, or a sensory or airway concern - we’ll recommend pausing sleep work and support you to seek appropriate guidance from your GP or another specialist.
When this happens, The Dreamboat Guarantee no longer applies, but our care doesn’t stop there. We’ll always help guide you toward the next best step.
