I will help set up the optimal sleep environment and talk you through your plan and new method, leaving you confident and ready for success.    This package includes: - A 2-3 hour home consultation - Personalised sleep plan available to you within two working days of our consultation - 2x 10-minute support calls - Daily sleep log analysis and check-ins via the 'Rested' app - Text support between 8 am and 8 pm for time-sensitive questions - Sleep environment, hygiene, nutrition, and association advice. - Personalised routine with day and night plan, including contingencies. - A sign-off email providing information on your next big sleep change and routines until 4 years old. Suitable for children 3 weeks to 4 years old.
